Ways to Give
A Pae comes to be when someone backs it.
Paererewā is a charitable trust creating a network of places across Aotearoa that invite people to pause and think in longer timeframes, each one shaped with the people and whenua of its place. There are four ways to help make that happen: Give Now; Back a Pae; Commission a Pae; Leave a Gift in Your Will.
Give Now
Give where it’s needed most
Not every part of making a Pae has its own campaign. A gift to Paererewā goes where it’s needed most: [e.g. finding new places, working with mana whenua and communities, and supporting designers through the early stages, before a Pae is ready to fundraise].
Gifts of $5 or more qualify for a 33.33% tax credit, so a $150 gift costs you $100.

Commission a Pae
Bring a Pae into being
Some people want a Pae in a place that holds meaning for them, their family, their business, or their community. If you’re able to fund a whole Pae, or most of one, we’d love to talk.
You bring the place or the reason; we bring the process: working with mana whenua and the local community, finding the right designer or artist, and caring for the Pae over the long term. Your name travels with it, for many generations to come.

Every Pae is made with the next thousand years in mind, which is longer than any of us will be around to look after them.
